Visual and culture, and visual / virtual culture

Visual culture combines two parts, one is visual and another one is culture. Our culture is based on our daily life style. Most of our culture is visual. All items we use, all ritual we have are visually can be seen. In the real world, visual culture is one of the biggest parts of our life. It is more obvious in the virtual world. Visual images make, influence, and change our culture. What do you think about visual culture in the virtual world, how it create/change the virtual culture? Will it change our real life culture?

"How to" in Second Life InAEA meeting place

InAEA meeting place now only have one floor above sky. Therefore, when you teleport yourselfe, you will be at the meeting place. Also, there could be a gallery. If you would like to have your exhibition in the gallery, please feel free to contach with me (send IM to Kristy Handrick).

Now I put some free mini avatars I made and some of my art there, you may feel FREE to take them.

Most of time it is very dark in the meeting place. You may force sun to change the light! (Under "World" the last one is "Environment setting")

If you are a member of InAEA, You may also set home at the meeting place!!

Nice meeting you all, pals. This is Finn from Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. (R.O.C.), I am an art teacher, working in a public school named I-Shou International. (ISIS) This school has about 600 students from grade 1 to grade 12, located in a Quan-In mountain next to the university of I-Shou. I teach grade 4 to 10 students, and I am also a supervisor of library. During weekends I am a manger and tutor of Creative Art Classroom (CAC), and currently there are around 8 students learning art projects with me.
